Tips and tricks to get rid of zits and pimples.

Zits and pimples can be very annoying and they look ugly. No body wants to have zits but sometimes they just happen and you can’t do much about it. They can lower your confidence and make you feel insecure about yourself. Your self esteem could go down and you could start stressing out. This will only make your zits and pimples look worse. However, there are some things you can do to help your situation. This is a five step process that works very well!

  1. Frozen Spoon. A frozen spoon is the first step at getting rid of of a pimple. Place it on the infected area for about twenty minutes. This will reduce the swelling and reduce the redness of the pimple. It might not reduce it all the way down but it will help a lot.
  2. Ibuprofen. Now I don’t mean take an ibuprofen. This may sound weird but it does work well. Crush up an ibuprofen pill into a fine powder and mix it with a little warm water so it makes a paste. Place on the infected area with a cotton swap(q-tip) and let it sit for about 2-3 hours and then remove the paste. This should help reduce the swelling by a lot be cause it is an anti-inflammatory.
  3. Visine. Yes the eye drops. Place a drop on the infected area and allow it to dry. Let it sit there for a while around 3 hours. This will take away a lot of the redness on the pimple and make it look more skin color.
  4. Toothpaste. Almost done! Apply a tiny bit of toothpaste to the infected area and allow to dry overnight. This works so well its amazing! I do not know why it works but it does.
  5. Crushed up cucumber and lotion. In the morning remove the toothpaste and wash your face well. Let your face dry completely. Then, apply a small amount of crushed up cucumber mixed with OIL-FREE lotion on the pimple. This is going to moisturize the infected area and finish off the process.

This process can work very well the night before parties, weddings, dates, and other social events.

The items are rather easy to acquire and do not cost much.

Remember to only use small amounts that will only cover the infected area.

Do not just use this method to clean your face. Proper face washing should be done everyday.

Good Luck!
