Sounds like a recipe but this hair mask will condition your hair like no other has before. It’s natural and simple. Give your hair a healthy treat with this rich conditioning mask.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of yogurt
  • 4 tbsp of olive oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp of honey
  • 2 Vitamin E capsules

Method:

  1. In a bowl mix yogurt, olive oil, egg, honey, and contents of E capsules.
  2. Mix until you have a very smooth consistent thickness.
  3. Leave in your hair for 20-30 minutes depending on how much of a deep conditioning you want and then rinse.

I know just from reading this that it will work. I’ve done something like it before. It was great but I think this one is better. Thanks!

i’m going to try this recipe but just before i start, i just want to make sure that it doesnt affect dyed hair, does it? i have major hair loss and dry tangly hair, but when ever i try something new like this, my mom does it with me and she dyes her hair so it’d e a bummer to put something so yummy in my hair without her. and also, does it have to be rinsed out with cold water 1st?
    thanks.

Yogurt is great – for your colon , skin , hair . You need plain organic yogurt . The best is Bulgarian one .

I tried mixing all thesee shampoos. Garnier Fructis, Loreal(the pink bottle) glossy shampoo nd pantene shampoo. I added some yogurt, baby oil and cocunut oil . works wonderful as a easy conditioner for my sisters firzzy nd thin hair.

btww: BABY OIL IS GOOD FOR YOUR HAIR. PUT IT ON BE4 SHAMPPOING YOUR HAIR AND THEN SHAMPPO YOUR HAIR, BRUSH YOUR HAIR TO SEE IF YOU HAVE NO KNOTS. IF YOU DON’T TOWEL DRY HAIR. YOU’RE GONNA HAVE O MANY LESS KNOTS!=]
