- Avoid stress an tension.
- Ayurvedic herbs that help hair health like Eclipta alba, aloe vera and Gotu Kola.
- Massage your hair two or three times a week.
- Avoid the use of brush.
- Don’t use any old rubber band.
- Apply banana and honey mixture on you hair three times a week.
- Rinsing your hair with lemon juice.
- Massage of olive oil and almond oil helps a lot.
- Wash your hair daily.

I’d only reccomend washing your hair daily if the shampoo is harsh chemical free. Chemicals that cause excessive lather such as Sodium Laurel/Laureth Sulphate (Sulfate) are too harsh to be used everyday.
