Tips for healthy hair:

  1. Avoid refined, processed and canned foods.
  2. Add flavor to your food and provides nourishment for your hair.
  3. Avoid stress an tension.
  4. Ayurvedic herbs that help hair health like Eclipta alba, aloe vera and Gotu Kola.
  5. Massage your hair two or three times a week.
  6. Avoid the use of brush.
  7. Don’t use any old rubber band.
  8. Apply banana and honey mixture on you hair three times a week.
  9. Rinsing your hair with lemon juice.
  10. Massage of olive oil and almond oil helps a lot.
  11. Wash your hair daily.
  12. Do consult with your doctor while trying out these tips

    I’d only reccomend washing your hair daily if the shampoo is harsh chemical free. Chemicals that cause excessive lather such as Sodium Laurel/Laureth Sulphate (Sulfate) are too harsh to be used everyday.
