Quick Rescue Tips for Lifeless Hair

Reactivate hair products with water

Wet your hands and run it through your hair. The dampness will re-energize whatever products you put in your hair earlier.

Wear a headband

Push your hair back tightly with a headband. Apply a light mist of hairspray. When you’re about to leave, remove the headband. Style the resulting wave with another spritz of hair spray.

Change your hair part

The change will create a lift over your flat side. Run your hands repeatedly to direct your hair. Don’t forget to add a bit of product to help keep it in place.

Use lotion to de-frizz and smooth fly-away hair

No hair product on hand after going out on a windy day?  Use any lotion to fight fly-aways and frizz.  Rub through your palms and smooth over the top of your hair.

Brush and twist

Bend down and brush your hair over your head, then flip back and loosely tie your hair up in a ponytail or casual twist. Secure and smooth back stray hairs but don’t pat down. The slight pouf will add some stylish volume.
