Olive Oil Conditioner

Does olive oil work as a hair conditioner? Absolutely…
Everybody has personal issues they are not proud of. Mine is bad dandruff. I have spent hours on Google trying to find a solution, some crazier than others. I finally found a few articles that stated that olive oil was a great hair conditioner. So that night I tried it out. The next day my hair was considerably softer and the “dandruff level” was lower than it has been in a while. After a few days of this I barely had any dandruff and my hair was softer than ever! I would highly recommend olive oil as a hair conditioner to anybody with dry scalp, dandruff, course hair, or anyone who just wants a healthier scalp.
Here are the steps I use:
- Heat up some Extra Virgin Olive Oil in a small bowl or mug. Don’t get it too hot – you don’t want to burn your scalp.
- Pour it on your head (you may want to put a towel around your neck)
- Knead it in – make sure to get it all over your scalp
- Let it sit there for about 20 to 30 minutes.
- Get in the shower and shampoo your head before you wet it
- Rinse it all out (you may have to shampoo multiple times)
- Remember to get all of the oil off as best you can (no one wants a bad slip while getting in the shower)
When you rinse out the oil in the shower IT WILL BE SLIPPERY, so be very careful.

I’ve tried that before. My hair was super soft!
