Bad haircut? Don’t like your length? Fix it quick.

Long hair is a common sign of beauty in many countries, including good ol’ America.  But for some people, it seems to take AGES to achieve your desired look.  Well there are a few factors that can cause hair to grow, or not grow.

Nutrition:

This is a pretty big factor, mainly it is just important you take in a lot of healthy oils and vitamins.  Fish and any other food with a high concentration of Vitamin E maintains a healthy production of hair.  Also try foods with Iron, this makes blood flow more smoothly and causes blood to carry more nutrients.  This will bring more vitamins and blood to your scalp making follicles healthier.

Care:

Keep hair moist and clean.  Dry hair often breaks and frays easily causing hair to look bad and become unhealthy.  Use conditioner often for this.  Dirt can get to your scalp from hair and clog pores which can not only cause nasty pimples but can cause follicles to clog up and produce hair more slowly.

Circulation:

Get your blood flowing to get the scalp the attention and vitamins it needs.  Exercising often can make blood flow more evenly to the scalp, which as stated before, brings it the vitamins it needs to produce healthy hair.  It is  recommended you get 30 minutes of exercise a day whether it is a light jog or a walk on the treadmill, not to mention this can make you gain a fit physique to rest that beautiful hair on.  Also, scalp massages can bring blood to the surface of the scalp near the follicles.

Also, don’t overuse hairdryers or straighteners and this can fry hair and make it very brittle.
