Important Things for Your Hair

The right shampoo, grease, rollers, flat irons, combs, and brushes are all important for your hair. It is important along with eating right and drinking plenty of water.
When my hair was damaged, I stopped brushing my hair. I felt like brushing my hair would do more damage. There was a lot of static in my hair and hair breakage. When I started using natural oils and shampoos on my hair, my hair began to look better. However, some places and spots and strands of my hair looked real dry no matter what I did. I just kept washing it, oiling, and pressing it. There were places that looked and felt real weak and thin. My hair started getting stronger and thicker and longer after trimming it every so often. As it grew thicker, I began to see that the side that I slept on the most looked thicker, and the side that I did not sleep on a lot looked thinner. I thought, “This is crazy.”
The Hair Grease
I began to think about my scalp. I was beginning to think that I needed to brush my hair after all. It seemed that my hair was very frizzy the day after I pressed it with a flat iron. The humidity and heat made my hair look as if I never combed it. I began to wonder about the hair grease that I was using. I thought about all of the old grease that was used on my head like Posner. It always made my hair grow. That is an old grease, and I don’t see it anymore. So I had to find something similar. When I did, pressing my hair looked better.
The Hair Rollers
Before I went to bed at night, I would roll my hair up with small sponge rollers. I began to see strands around the sponge. So what I had decided to do was to buy some silk hair rollers. When I started using silk hair rollers, I saw a big difference. That made my buy a silk pillowcase too.
The Brush
It is important to use a good hair brush on your hair and the right kind. Well, I did not know what kind of brush to use really. I use a wide brush with plain old bristles. It is said that brushing your hair could improve the texture of your hair. The hair will look healthy and shiny again, and I believe it. The shiny look is starting to come back.

My hair is so fine that I have a problem keeping it from flying away and it wants to part in strange places.I just keep a comb handy and comb it often. I used to brush but that made it more flyaway.I never use conditioner because that makes it flat.I have strange hair.l

It might be that the older you get, the more your hair changes. I was told that what works on our hair when we are young may not work when we are older. I had to stop using Pantene. Some shampoos have a lot of chemicals. Use a natural shampoo like olive oil shampoo. Thank you all for your comments.
