Tip on how to grow long, healthy hair fast.

Every girl and every woman wants long, healthy, shiny hair. Here are some tip and home remedies to help you to grow your hair long and beautiful, faster.

Wash your hair regularly: Wash your hair at least once a week with a mild, clarifying shampoo to avoid product buildup. Product build up can cause hair to become dry and brittle causing breakage and clogs hair follicles.  Also try to condition your hair at least every two days to moisturize. Do not use a heavy conditioner. Try to find a light conditioner for your type of hair.  Heavy conditioners weigh hair down and can build up on the scalp blocking the hair follicles therefore inhibiting hair growth.

Massage your scalp when washing your hair in a circular motion. This will stimulate circulation, bringing more blood to the hair follicles which in turn will stimulate the hair to grow.

Water, food and moisture are essential to hair growth and maintaining healthy hair.  Eat plenty of protein and drink plenty of water. Oils such as sweet almond oil and olive oil have properties that stimulate hair growth on the scalp they also moisturize the hair. Mix water and oil in a spritzer bottle and spritz your hair while it is dry.

Vitamins such as Biotin and omega 6 and omega 3 essential fatty acids help keep hair from becoming dry and brittle.

Thanks for the tips and the home remedies as well. I’ve heard of these egg, oil, banana combinations, but have never tried them personally.
