Layered hair is a very innovative and different hairstyle.
For people who want to try a new hairstyle, layered hair is a better idea to try. This suits any hair, be it long, short or medium types. Layered hair adds beauty to a person if it is done properly. Though the hair style seems complicated, it is a very hairstyle if one knows the trick in this hairstyle. Anyone can do this hair cut to others or to themselves as it is an easy process to do layered hair cut.
Before trying a layered hair cut, one has to have a clear idea about how many layers they want their hair to be cut into. People with long hair can go for less number of layers while the people with short hair can try many number of layers. But just have the knowledge of number of layers you want. Do head bath and get your hair dried before trying the hairstyle. After head wash, hair become a bit straight and the hair can be cut easily.
Take sharp pair of scissors and comb before cutting the hair. Don’t compromise with the sharpness of the scissors as you may completely ruin the hair with blunt scissors. Blunt scissors can not cut hair in the way you want them to be. It is also advised to take a wide toothed comb rather than narrow toothed.
- Bend forward with the hair falling down freely. Now comb your hair well without any tangles in them.
- Now make layers in your hair. The number of layers you have to make depends on the number of layers you want to cut your hair into. But remember that you should think of the thickness of your hair before dividing your hair into layers.
- The thicker your hair, the more number of layers you can try. For thick hair, more number of layers look good but for thin hair going for less number of layers is better.
- After diving your hair into layers, it is better to use hair clips to keep the layers apart. This helps you in getting the hair cut freely.
- Now cut the hair of the layer which is the top layer when you sit normal. Cut the hair in an even manner and in a straight way. Remember that the distance between the scissors and the scalp is the length of the hair of the top layer.
- Now repeat this process with the next layer. This layer is the second layer which is underneath the top layer. This has to be a bit longer than the top layer to make the hair look like they are cut in layers.
- Repeat this process as many times as the number of layers you want.
- Comb well and you are done with your layered hair.
