How to Cheat a Bob When You Have Long Hair

Ever wonder what you’d look like if you chopped off your long hair in favour of a classic bob? Try this technique to mix things up without the commitment of cutting your hair!

- This look works really well with curly hair, so if you don’t have naturally curly hair, use a flat iron to curl the entire head from about 2 inches from the roots.

- Using a comb, divide the hair from ear to ear across the back of the head, and secure on top of the head with a clip or an elastic.

- Fold the remaining hair underneath itself, and secure it underneath with kirby grips. Do this in sections to make sure it holds, and spray with hairspray.

- If your hair is all one length, once the last step has been completed take down the top section, and fold this section underneath too, securing and spraying in the same way.

-However, if your hair is layered and you have shorter layers on top, allow these to hang normally, as it will improve the illusion of your hair actually being in a bob. Spray with hairspray to hold in position and eliminate flyaways.

- Voila! Sexy short locks in minutes, without the commitment!
