Our hair is one of the most important features that tells a lot about us.  The way we like to style and comb our hair helps to define what we really feel inside. To keep our hair healthy, there are certain ways to adapt to care for your hair.  One of the steps is to determine what type of products are suitable for your hair, and  to know what type of hair you have.  There are many types of hair:  thin hair, coarse or straight hair.  Using the right shampoo and conditioner keeps your hair vital and shining.

It is always best to choose products with less chemicals.  Products to choose are those with fruit extracts and natural oils.  You can always get help to find the right hair care products from the cosmetic counter.  There are also home made remedy you can use, with no side effects, to give your hair special treatment, if you find chemicals are too hard on your hair and cause hair loss.

A balance diet is very important in maintaining healthy hair.  It is recommended that fresh fruits and vegetables are essential for good nutrition to keep your hair vital and strong.  Also fruits juices and water have a similar function.  There are many reasons why people can lose their hair.  Things like smoking, strong chemicals in water, medication, stress or certain hormones.  Other factors also include age, genetics and gender.

However, if for some reason, you experience hair loss, certain steps can be taken  to strengthen and help your hair.  You can be treated with hair vitamins, proteins or proper oil and creams.  Healthy hair can be maintained by scalp massage, and to stimulate healthy hair, B6 group vitamins are most essential.  Foods that contain proteins are baked potatoes, banana, salmon, spinach, brown rice, avocado and turkey are necessary for hair regrowth.

If you prefer home made remedy to treat your hair.  Mix some olive oil, egg yolk and distilled water.  Beat the egg yolk to a foam, add the olive oil and water and mix well.  Massage your scalp with this mixture, and let it soak for about 20 minutes.  You can then use  a mild shampoo, then rinse with some vinegar to remove any residue. 

If you maintain good nutrition, and use the right products for you hair, you will have healthy hair that is so important to enhance your looks and confidence.
