A combination of Vitamins B3 and B6 with a little touch of Olive and Avocado enriched with Apricot seeds: Shopping at Walgreens today, I bought my favorite shampoo: Garnier Fructis.
After washing my hair with Garnier Fructis, my hair smells oh so fruity! A combination of Vitamins B3 and B6 with a little mixture of Olive and Avocado enriched with Apricot seeds. Today I went to Wal greens and finally bought myself a pink shower cap. Usually a shower cap is about $0.99, but we are at Wal greens and it’s a Goody brand. Hopefully, I won’t get my hair wet again and then have to blow-dry it. But there’s a reason why I bought a new shower cap today. After spending the entire summer at the beach and exposing my hair to the harsh chemicals of chlorine, my hair is extremely dry.
Walking down the aisle, I came across a three minute dryness reversal treatment Triple Nutrition. With three oils: olive, avocado and Shea enriched with apricot seeds, it sort of convinced me that I had found the right product for my hair. For $6.99, this product better be good. The three minute treatment looks promising. The fruit and oils are supposed to nourish every strand of your hair to the core. But first of all, you must wash your hair with Garnier Fructis Fortifying Shampoo. Not only does it help repair split ends, but it also helps hair to grow long.
After pondering as to whether I should buy these products or not, I placed them on my shopping cart. I was on my way to the register when the New Dial Cranberry Antioxidant Pearls Body Wash caught my eye. I opened the bottle and the smell was invigorating. One more item on my shopping cart. Finally, I stood in line to pay for my merchandise. “Thank you for shopping at Wal greens,” the cashier said. You have a good day.
I couldn’t wait to get home and try all these fruity products on my hair. But before jumping in the shower, I had to get on line and log on to Triond. This is becoming addicting in case you didn’t know. Any new comments? emails? new articles written by my friends and fans? cool. I did reply to several emails and commented on some new articles. One of my favorite articles today was one on fascinating places to visit when you’re in Spain. Not only was it well-written, but the images were lovely. There is another site called Picazzo where the images and photos taken are lovely. Sour av has taken many beautiful shots of flowers and birds lately.
Next, I proceeded to the bathroom. I opened the faucet and let the water run warm. Then, I pulled the shower button. I let the cold water rinse my hair for several minutes. That was so refreshing! As I massaged my scalp and hair, the invigorating smell of avocado and peaches soothed my senses. After rinsing the shampoo off my hair, I put the deep nourishment mask on my entire hair. Starting with the roots, I massaged the beads from the top to the ends of my hair. Then, I put a clip on my hair and covered it with the shower cap. After three minutes, I combed all the conditioner off my hair and rinsed it with cold water. After blow drying my hair, it does feel silky and shiny, however, I will probably need to do this treatment once every week in order to see results.
If you are a beach-lover like me, then you have to suffer the consequences of dry hair from harsh chemicals, sun exposure, salt and chlorine. But there are a number of products for every hair type that can correct the damage in no time. If you have oily hair, then it is a good idea to wash it more frequently than those who have dry or normal hair. Always use a comb on wet hair. It is a good idea to buy a blow dryer with a warm and cool cycle so your hair doesn’t suffer too much damage. For those of you who have curly or frizzy hair, you might benefit from the iron, but it can damage your hair if you use it too often. From my own personal experience, I find that a separate conditioner works better than one.

I stick to a shampoo that suits my hair, I never use a dryer and I eat a healthy diet. That keeps my hair in very good condition,
