Learn how you cand grow and mantain beautiful, healthy hair with minimum of money waste!

That’s my true story, believe it or not, but in 2 years, I did manage to grow my own beautiful, waist-length hair with natural-organic products!

I had beautiful hair when I was a kid, but things changed when I went to college. The stress, climate change and the lack of time for care completely ruined my hair and I decided to cut it and start all over.If you are trying to grow your hair, you’re probably wondering the same : where to start from?Well, I would like to give you some suggestions:

1.First of all, examine your hair. What is the thing or things you don’t like about it?Is it dry, oily, does it lack shine, did you experience massive hair loss the last 3 months, is too thin, flat or dull?Or maybe you’re just looking to grow it long? Please take a piece of paper and note down everything you don’t like about your hair (and would like to change). If you have damaged hair, especially split ends, cut it!There’s no cure for that, trust me,I’ve tried everything I could :)

2.Please make sure the products you are currently using match your hair type and needs. What I learned during my hair change, is that really expensive hair products don’t always do the trick.I have used 1$ shampoos with the same results I used 30$ ones.

3.An important thing to do is to understand that when you’re trying to grow your hair long, you MUST preserve its length, you don’t have to trim it often (this only counts if you DO NOT get split ends easily). If you use heat tools, avoid them as much as possible so you don’t get split ends!Let your hair air-dry, cut down on straightening/curling irons – if you want healthy hair – you must treat it right! What heat protectants do is they cover your hair with silicones which lead to later damage and troubles. The least chemicals you use – the better! If you can’t stand the way your hair looks without styling it, wear it in a bun or ponytail.I do agree it’s not a great option, but you have to give up some things in order to feel and look beautiful later (for example, I wore nothing else than a bun  during 2 entire months !It was crazy, but I survived and so can you! :) )
