Remember those cute daisy chains back in the days? Well guess what? They’re making waves again. Only this time, it’s the chain headband era! Make your own chain headband by just following these simple steps.
To make your own fancy chain headband, you’ll need:
- A clutch/purse with a chained strap. Something not too expensive will do. You can get them from flea markets for a really good cheap price.

A simple purse like this one will do just fine.
2. A piece of thread.
3. A pair of scissors.
Ok, to make your own chain headband you will first have to snip the chain strap away form the purse. Don’t worry, you can still keep the purse as a cute clutch instead. How’s that for coolness?
So the next step is to connect the ends of the chain together to forme a necklace-like chain. You can do this by either sewing the two sides together using the piece of thread and needle, or just connect the chains back together (if possible). Either way, the chain will hold just fine. Just keep in mind and be careful as not to poke your fingers when sewing!
Once the sides of the chains are perfectly attached, take the chain and wrap it around your head once or twice according to the tightness preferred. Either way you wear it, the look is still just too cute!

Or go crazy and experiment the headband and wrap it around your wrist for a classic bracelet instead.
VOILA! There you have it, your very own cute chain headband, and bracelet!
Have a beautiful day ahead!
