Common Hair Problems – Hair Loss

This article focus on common hair problems such as hair loss.

Hair loss or balding is becoming quite common even with the people with 25 – 35 age group. When the amount of hair lost grows higher than the normal hair fall which takes place due to change in environment conditions and increase in age. This is probably referred to as hair loss problem. This issue needs special care. Common causes of the hair loss are improper diet, exposure to more chemicals,  stress, mental tensions etc. 

Here are some list of remedies for hair loss:

1. Daily massage your hair scalp with the coconut oil for 10 -15 minutes.

2. Boil neem leaves in water. Strain and rinse the hair with the water.

3. Try and increase the green leafy vegetables, salads, milk, fruits and sprouts in your diet. Intake more proteins, milk, buttermilk, whole grains and nuts.
