A Hair Color That Makes You Happy

 My mom is a Honey blonde. The lady reporter from my favorite news channel is a Twenty Eight blonde. Many of my friends dye their hair like Paris Hilton.  In other words, these women in the same way that millions of women around the world, dye their hair because their natural hair color does not make them happy.

In my case, I am not a blonde. I am a brunette and I decided to  change my hair color again. I just got tired of red and light brown, so I decided to go back to black. When I shared my idea with a couple of friends, they did not like it. They said to me that we were not getting any younger and they have a point. Black hair makes people look older, but the thing is that I like black hair.

My hair feels softer when I dye it black. I have a natural suntan, therefore black hair goes with my complexion. In addition to that, it is easier for me to take care of the roots when I have black hair because my natural hair color is dark brown.

I know that from now on, I probably will have to dye my hair myself because in many hair salons, hairdressers do not like to applied black hair color. That is the price I will have to pay, if I want to be a Black Velvet Girl. I will pay it gladly, because that is the hair color that will make me happy.
