Every one, especially the women folk love to have a sexy body. Women are much more concerned about their looks than men. They always want the opposite sex to look at them wherever they go. They love long necks, long legs, slim waists and full breasts.

Most of the women are known to go for dieting and starving when they think of maintaining a perfect sexy body. They might even diet for weeks for getting a slim bodyline. But they are making a mistake by starving and dieting as these do not help in any way in getting a perfect body. Several studies have pointed out that starving and dieting only add to body weight and not reduce it.
If you want a perfect sexy body, eat healthy. Breakfast should not be avoided as it adds to your weight. Always go for short meal and don’t take heavy meals. Go for low calorie foods; avoid fried foods, junk foods and fast foods. Prefer to have a food that is rich in vitamins and proteins. Avoid soft drinks and colas; instead drink lots of water that can help in maintaining a healthy body.
Apart from a healthy diet, exercise is also a must. A perfect diet without exercise will not give good results.
