All women like pedicures. These pedicures are special in that they are done in chocolate.

Try a special pedicure.

This special pedicure is based on Chicago’s Chocolate For Your Body Spa.

This pedicure takes part in two steps relaxing tense muscles in your feet, makes your feet softer and some say it has a tranquilizing power on people getting a pedicure with it.

Step Number 1- The manager of the above mentioned spa, Laura Wilezynska, said, “Chocolate is loaded with  antioxidants  (even more so than green tea and wine)

which work to calm and protect your skin. This scrub works to calm and protect your skin. This scrub, based on our signature chocolate pedicure, is relaxing and good for your feet.

The ingredients  for Chocolate Sugar Scrub

3 Tablespoons sugar

2 drops almond oil

1 teaspoon cocoa powder

1 teaspoon honey

4 drops of chocolate extract (which is like vanilla extract except its chocolate in the baking section of your supermarket.

In a bowl place all ingredients. Mix well with your hands or mix it with with a spoon until completely combined. Use slow circulation motions, massage onto your feet, focusing on rough skin like that on your heels.

Take off the chocolate foot scrub and put on Chocolate Strawberry Foot Mask that I will give you the recipe for in a minute.

It is a mixture that includes oatmeal, honey and strawberry and these foods are known to sooth skin and you will feel like you are being treated like a queen or better=)

Recipe1/4 cup cocoa powder

3 Tablespoons strawberry lotion made with strawberry pulps and strawberry seed oil. One to try is: The Body Shop’s Strawberry puree body lotion $12

3 Tablespoons honey

3 Tablespoons oatmeal

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients with a spoon or hands  and keep mixing until it is thoroughly combined. Put all over feet. Sit 15 minutes with a warm towel wrapped around each foot.
