These beauty tips are my own tips for how to take care of your hair and your face and how to also look better. These tips can help other people too.

Here are a few of my beauty tips that i have tried on my own and on my friends. Do not wash your hair everyday try to wash your hair every 3 days and use a leave in product that will help keep your hair beautiful. Have a healthy diet

with foods that contain lots of vitamins like C, B, E, K and A and also some protein, try to not eat too much of food like snacks and sugars, soft drinks, caffeine,

these type of snacks can damage your hair and can look lifeless.

 
If you want to add volume to your hair by adding a volumizing root lifter or mousse you can

also use them on your hair even if it’s dry or wet. I don’t use a blow dryer for my hair or crimper’s because I don’t like to much heat and you can leave your hair to

air dry, I never use Herbal essences shampoo the smell is really good but it actually doesn’t really do to much for your hair. The shampoo’s that I use are

Dove because it really moisturizes you hair from root to tip and I also like Pantene Pro V because for my hair it prevents hair damage and it has Pro-vitamins and after

my hair looks amazing and healthy.

I use my ingredients in my cupboard to make my own facials because it is inexpensive and it makes your skin feel and

look better then the products that you buy in the store because they are actually dangerous chemicals in them and one of my relatives found the chemicals in her

breasts and the doctors told her she had breast cancer. Some of the ingredients that i have used that work the best are yogurt, pineapple, lemons, coconut milk,

oatmeal, honey, cucumber and rose water because it reduces wrinkles and puffy eyes and all of these facials i have made and tested them on friends and they say

that their skin feels wonderful.
