Other sexy elements: A clean body can make any one sexy. Similarly if you can dress impeccably it can surely turn on others. Physical fitness and oral hygiene are also important. You can be sexy wearing sexy dresses too. Some people are turned on if you use colognes, body spray and perfumes.
